|©FD - Burden of Winter|
My image, Burden of Winter was chosen today as a featured image in Superbly Visual . The image is my testament to the weight of the snowy season that we have had. Beautiful, fluffy, heavy, wet, overwhelming at times. A lot of snow for such a short period of time with 5 storms even in two weeks just past.
It will soon be over, I hope, and we can concentrate on green, and color, and blue skies more often, and soon my little roses will bloom again. Can't wait.

So happy to see that Autumn's End was selected as a feature in Elegant Rose Cards for this coming week.
It was an 'accidental' result of some experimenting, and a happy one at that, so I am truly pleased that it was chosen as a feature.

|© FD- Autumn's End|
Yesterday I decided to revisit several of my late Fall images to perhaps revive my enthusiasm before the approaching Spring. This particular image, named Autumns End, was the result. After posting it to Red Bubble yesterday afternoon, I left it to see what reactions it would bring. What a happy surprise to see this morning that the Tuesday Afternoon group selected it as a feature for the week. Nice of them to select it, and encouraging, to say the least, that my instincts were right. So very appreciated.

Another amazing surprise for me. My image of posterized Hosta leaves has been included in the newest issue of Garden Tripod #20/21.

A lovely bunch of Tulips has brightened my day today. Gorgeous Flower Cards selected my image From Cate as a feature for the week.
I so look forward to seeing new Tulips bloom in the coming months. The abundance of snow here is starting to wear out its welcome.
